Core Home Inspections is an Arizona family owned business, established in 2015 and we take great pride in serving our community with honesty, dignity and humility. As a previous mortgage broker and current licensed realtor (supra key access) we understand the buyer’s needs as well as the agent’s perspective. Our purpose during the home inspection is to provide the necessary time to educate our clients by physically showing the current physical condition and the main components and their function during the review/walkabout. At the end of the review/walkaround there will always be time for questions and answers for the client and the relator. Within 24 hours the client will receive an easy to read and understand written report, with color pictures, simple verbiage, maintenance items, repair or replace items and safety concerns and immediate repair items.

During this time, we have expanded our services into pest control, specializing in termite control focusing in homeowners, property management companies, and contractors.
