The Home Inspection Process

As a home inspection company, one thing that is crucial to us is being able to convey the home inspection finding to the buyer in the most friendly, non-aggressive, educative and informative way. We understand that his home purchase is the largest investment most buyers will every make. We want to make sure you have a peace of mind when you buy a property knowing what issues may be present and what repairs may be needed.

A normal home inspection will take around 2.5 to 3 hours. After the inspection is completed a review or walk about is done with the home buyer. We will go over the inspection finding and will educate them in the function of the main components of the home.

The inspection process is to create value to the buyer with an informational home inspection report for a better understanding regarding the visible and accessible property conditions of the home at the time of inspection.
